Prior to joining Colliers, Mark was a Vice President at Hunter Lott Realty Company in Wilmington, DE overseeing the acquisition of industrial, office, retail, investment and commercial properties, including land for development. For Fox Development he was Director of Acquisitions where he managed negotiations with real estate developers, brokers and members of the business community concerning commercial land development in New Castle County and Pennsylvania.
