He gained significant knowledge on important strategies used by tenants and their representatives to reduce occupancy costs and also gained an understanding of issues such as economic incentives, financing strategies, and demographic information.Mark has successfully earned the SIOR designation in 2011 and the CCIM designation in 2008 and is currently working on education requirements towards the Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
