Mr. Mattison joined Colliers Keenan in 2003 with specific responsibilites for office and medical office brokerage and leasing as well as investment brokerage. Mark provides over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been specializing in tenant representation in connection with acquisition, disposition, leasing, valuation and consulting work of office and medical office buildings and land.
Prior to joining Colliers Keenan, Mr. Mattison was with The Beach Company and specialized in office leasing and brokerage. Prior to his association with The Beach Company, Mr. Mattison was with Julien J. Studley, Inc., a tenant representation firm in Atlanta, Georgia. While specializing in tenant representation, he learned important strategies used by tenants and their representatives to reduce occupancy costs. He has also gained the understanding of issues such as economic incentives, financing strategies, "best practices" and demographic information.
