Mark Henry has been in the commercial real estate brokerage business since graduating from California State University at Fresno in 1983 and has been with Colliers Tingey International since 1986 as a retail specialist.  Since 1986, Mark has leased and/or sold over 5 million square feet of retail space to local, regional and national companies with outlets in Central California.

• Some of Mark’s shopping center project origination’s include the 300,000 square foot Sierra Pavilions Shopping Center in Clovis, California; 127,000 square foot Old Mill Village Shopping Center in Oakhurst, California; 24 acre Costco and Home Base project, Clovis, California and the 150,000 square foot Center anchored by Albertson’s & Longs Drug Stores, Pismo Beach, California.
• Mark has been involved in the marketing and leasing for the recent expansion of the 232,000 square foot Fig Garden Village Shopping Center with 80,000 square feet of new GLA.  He completed leases with the following Tenants: Whole Foods Market, Eddie Bauer, Talbots, Ann Taylor, Limited Bath & Body, The Sharper Image, Jamba Juice, Chico’s Womens Apparel, Cold Stone Creamery, Wicks N Sticks, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and the Bombay Company.
• Mark has completed several recent large transactions including the sale of the 300,000 square foot Sierra Pavilions Shopping Center, sale of a 62,000 square foot building to Vons Companies, Inc., lease of 58,175 square feet to Vons Grocery Stores in Oakhurst, lease of 50,000 square feet to the JC Penney Home Store (Fresno), lease of 34,000 square feet to Builder’s Emporium, lease of 28,000 square feet to Payless Drug Stores in Santa Maria, lease of 28,000 square foot to Longs Drug Store, sale of a 27,000 square foot building to Grocery Outlet and multiple Rite Aid Corporation site acquisitions and surplus transactions.
• Representation services include retailers, developers, landlords and investors.
• Market and project/site analysis including shopping center development proforma, investment, financial and tenant mix analysis.  Corporate excess property market analysis, portfolio valuation, disposition services and lease terminations.
• Transaction experience includes over 600 completed real estate transactions.
