Mark is an industrial real estate broker with 20 years experience. Through his many years of experience, Mark has gained an excellent reputation in the local, regional, and national arenas.
Mark started his career immediately following college with CB Commercial, managing their data bank. He quickly moved into the industrial brokerage business where he began by working some of the most challenging areas of the city. Expanding from this base, Mark developed an indepth knowledge of the city’s industrial real estate inventory as well as the companies that are in the industrial sector. In 1996, Mark started Fountain Properties, Inc., specializing in industrial real estate brokerage and development. In 2004, Fountain Properties merged with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, and Mark became Senior Vice President in the Industrial Division.
