Mark began his real estate career in 2005 and joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2007 to partner with Mark Sonnenberg, Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing, and Erik Murray. Currently Mark is part of a four-person team, Team Sonnenberg, that was responsible for 2.3 million square feet of industrial and investment transactions in 2007.
Mark currently directs the Landlord Representation Division for the team and manages a listing portfolio of over 1.1 million square feet and 150 acres. Mark also assists the team with their corporate service clients, Bunzl Distribution USA and Certifit Auto Body Parts, servicing over 120 locations across North America.
