With over 20 years of experience in industrial, land, retail and distressed assets, Mark Dolemba serves as a key member of Colliers B&K's Asset Resolution Services Group and Land Advisory Group. He is a founding member of Colliers International’s Asset Resolutions Services Team and Land Advisory Group for which he served as Chair in 2008 and 2009.
Asset Resolution Services offers fully integrated platform services designed to assist clients locally, regionally and nationally with properties that are challenged by today’s economic environment. We work with property owners and financial institutions to find solutions for properties in all asset classes.
The Land Advisory Group provides advisory and disposition services for pre-developed, entitled, improved and redevelopment land for industrial, investment, office, residential and retail uses.
