AREA OF EXPERTISE
Mark is based in Colliers’s Wilmington, Delaware office and specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties located throughout Delaware, Northern Maryland and Southern New Jersey. Beyond this local market, he has assisted companies in site/facility selection and valuation services throughout the United States.

Over the past five years, Mark has represented many prominent organizations on both the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller side of the transaction, resulting in over 10 million square feet of successful projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Mark has an extensive knowledge and understanding of construction and development practices, from his previous work at Harvey Development Company, a prominent, regional development company focusing on industrial properties. There he served as an Asset and Property Manager, responsible for over 2,000,000 square feet of space. He was involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including leasing, acquisition, property assemblage, construction and tenant communication.
