PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Mario R. Rivera is Director of Corporate Projects of Colliers International Latin America Division. He is responsible for the regional implementation of corporate initiatives and programs that match Colliers International standards, including the use of Corporate Services Tools such as CATS, RE-Port and SPEX. Mr. Rivera is also responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of the region’s market research and marketing activities.
Since joining Colliers International Mr. Rivera has been a key driver in the development of the company’s regional strategic plan and continues to lead the integration of the key elements while creating operational efficiencies throughout the region.
In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Rivera has been acting as a Senior Analyst for Latin America in the capacity of Corporate Services for Multi National corporations. Fully bilingual, he possesses the skills of understanding business, cultural and real estate practices throughout the Region.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Over the years Mr. Rivera has been able to position Collier’s Latin America market research reports as the best in class throughout the region. He also has extensive experience in corporate services working on behalf of clients throughout Latin America.
A partial list of clients includes: FedEx, Oracle, Procter & Gamble, Nortel and Iron Mountain.
Before joining Colliers International, Mr. Rivera was responsible for directing Jones Lang LaSalle market research activities in México City. He joined Colliers in April 2000.
EDUCATION
Mario has a Geography degree from the University of Western Ontario in London Canada.
