Ms. Chan currently is the Lease Administrator for Colliers Monroe Friedlander’s Kamehameha Schools property portfolio. Ms. Chan started with Colliers Monroe Friedlander in 1997 and acted for more than ten years as a Senior Associate specializing in office leasing and sales. Prior to becoming a leasing/sales agent, Ms. Chan practiced law as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in the field of real estate sales and leasing. Ms. Chan is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia (New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory). She brings a unique perspective to transactions and lease administration with an invaluable legal background.
