Mr. Feder has over 12 years of successful real estate brokerage experience and focuses on retail tenant, developer and landlord representation. Over the years, Marc has worked effectively with discriminating private investors, institutional owners, Fortune 500 companies and small business owners alike. As Director of the Retail Services Group for Colliers in Denver, Marc is directly responsible for the overall success and growth of the division and tirelessly works to develop the group with the understanding that the client is always first. Marc is a one of the select few members of the Colliers International Retail Steering Committee which maps the direction of the international retail division of over 400 members. Marc is a Co-Chair of the West Coast Tenant Representation group and works closely with the top representatives nationwide. Mr. Feder has also been a member of planning committee for the 2007 & 2008 Colorado Real Estate Expo; Colorado’s largest real estate convention and volunteers for several charitable organizations. Marc’s group was recently awarded the entire Kimco real estate portfolio for the state and has already achieved results that superseded the previous two years combined.
