Ms. Stewart joined Colliers International in 2002 as a member of the Colliers Multi-Family Advisory Group (CMAG) and brings 15 years of multi-family experience to the team. Since 1997, Lynn has participated in a total of 56 transactions with an asset value in excess of $860 Million. Her area of expertise includes developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, monitoring critical dates through the due diligence process, marketing initiatives that include web design and implementation, creation and maintaining databases for tracking deals and market trends, as well as the development of new marketing materials.

Prior to joining Colliers, she was the Marketing Director for Pinnacle Realty, a Seattle based multifamily property management firm where she was responsible for the coordination of all multi-family brokerage marketing efforts for the state of Texas, as well as assisting with the marketing efforts of brokers on the national level. Prior to Pinnacle, she was employed with CB Richard Ellis where she was Marketing Coordinator for the multi-family and investment divisions.
