Company Experience & Designations

Lisa McCaffrey joined The Arnold Companies, Inc. in 1994 as a marketing specialist for the Retail Team and was promoted to a Retail Leasing Associate in 1999. Lisa specializes in Landlord and Seller representation and maintains an inventory of shopping centers and free-standing commercial buildings in excess of 2,000,000 sq.ft.  She has also participated in the sale and marketing of more than 1,000,000 sq.ft. of retail shopping centers. 

Lisa has an in-depth understanding of tenant mix analysis and target marketing, which enables her to identify prospects and generate results.  Some of the client’s Lisa represents include The Rreef Funds, Invesco, CVS (disposition) and Jupiter Realty.

 

Professional Accomplishments

Since obtaining her real estate license in 1982, Lisa has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate and property management.  Within the Colliers Arnold retail team, Lisa combines her experience with both investment and retail leasing components to create synergy among the team members.    Her marketing background has provided a solid basis in the areas of research, development of promotional materials, and implementation of marketing strategies.

 

Affiliations

Lisa is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.   Lisa has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for three consecutive years, 2006 thru 2008.
