Larry Chevalier brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate to the Office brokerage team of Colliers International. As Vice President, he specializes in Tenant Representation and Owner/Occupier sales. Over his distinguished career, Larry has leased more than five-million-square-feet of office space and completed sales transactions for more than three-million-square-feet of office buildings. Prior to joining Collier's International in January of 2011, Larry served as Senior Vice President at Cassidy Turley. Larry has been instrumental with many major transactions, including the sale of the 572,528-square-foot Federal Reserve Bank Building, the sale of the 338,000-square-foot Prudential North Central Headquarters, and the 250,000-square-foot lease of the U.S. WEST Stinson Business Center. He has also held key roles in the Office leasing group at Colliers Real Estate. A leader in the Twin Cities office market, Larry has also been recognized as a recipient for the Minnesota Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2003, the SOIR Robert P. Boblett Award, the Four Cornerstones Civic Involvement Award in 2008, and is a two-time recipient of Darrel Holt Service Award. He also serves on the PR Committee of the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District.
