In June of 2008, Lanny Smalling joined Colliers Property Management Services as a real estate manager.   Lanny is currently responsible for management of 360,000 square feet of office and industrial product.  Her aptitude for balancing the tenant’s needs and the owner’s best interests are instrumental in her ability to provide exceptional service to all parties.

Prior to joining Colliers Property Management Services, Lanny was a Property Manager with The Richdale Group, Inc.  She handled the day to day operations of a 92,000 square foot multifamily complex.

Lanny graduated in May of 2006 from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville where she received a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Communication as well as a minor in Spanish.
