LaNitra joined Colliers International in 2005 and brings her operational and not-for-profit experience with program development, event planning, and fundraising to her role as Practice Group Coordinator and with her execution of National Conference sponsorships. 

As Practice Group Coordinator, LaNitra Webb serves as the relationship manager and Colliers USA liaison for members of the Healthcare Advisory Group, Land Advisory Group, Law Firm Services Group, Life Sciences Group, Multi-Family Advisory Group, Multimodal Services Group, Not-For-Profit Advisory Group, Real Estate Management Services Group, Valuation & Advisory Services Group and the Colliers USA Managers Steering Committee.  She facilitates the exchange of information with group members via monthly conference calls addressing best practices and industry trends; develops and cultivates opportunities to cross-sell services with other Colliers service lines; and oversees and contributes to the drafting of the annual business plans and budgets.  LaNitra utilizes her project management expertise to execute the goals and initiatives of each group, including updating and creating marketing collateral and practice group websites. 

In addition, LaNitra is responsible for managing the sponsorship element of the Colliers International annual conferences.  The strategic partnerships forged through the sponsorship program not only strengthen client relationships throughout Colliers, but also help to offset the expenses of this annual educational and business networking event.
