From my beginnings as an intern with the Township 9 developers, to my time working with St. Anton Partnership on pipeline development projects in Northern California, I developed a well-rounded and analytical approach to service. From activating a redevelopment area, bringing a new industry to a town, or providing new housing alternatives, taking on many different projects has enabled me to see the deal from multiple angles. I realized the knowledge gained from a Buyer’s perspective would create value for Sellers as well, particularly regarding acquisitions and the overall development process.

The one common denominator I strive for with all my clients is sharing in their vision. In a competitive and complex industry like ours, knowing how to execute a simple real estate transaction and present market data is not enough. Adopting my client’s goals for their investment as my own can help pave the way to the path of least resistance.

My strategy for each partnership is simple:  Immersion is key to understanding the client’s overall business and real estate objectives. The notion of sharing in their vision is best achieved by asking germane questions, which help narrow the focus and can even help the client discover the underlying motivations that are driving their real estate decisions. Our own efforts from a brokerage standpoint should be an extension of the client’s brand and the catalyst for their vision.

Accomplishments

I am active in community leadership and professional affiliations as Board Member & two-time Silver Bullet, Active 20-30 Club #1 of Sacramento; Board Member, East Sacramento Improvement Association; and East Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and Sacramento Business Advisory Council. In my first year of commercial brokerage, I was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate.
