Kimberly is the Senior Executive Vice President of Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central Florida and Southwest Florida. She is responsible for a portfolio of over 96 retail, office, and industrial properties in excess of 9 million square feet. She leads a team of over 40 professional and support personnel including property management, accounting and maintenance. Kimberly provides senior leadership for the Central Florida, Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida Retail Practice Group consisting of 19 brokers (landlord/tenant rep leasing, and investment sales). She serves a key leadership role as the Tampa Bay Brokerage City Leader along with other Company wide Corporate Operation responsibilities. She works closely with all business lines on new business growth opportunities and development.

She has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 26 years with a specialty in Retail and Class A office. She has extensive knowledge and experience in operations, leasing and finance. She is results oriented and committed to providing clients with best in class customer service/ value add while assuring maximum returns on their assets.

Kimberly offers a diverse background in senior management of Retail Shopping Centers, Regional Malls, High Rise Office, Medical Office, Mixed Use and Industrial/Flex. She has a deep background in asset management and leasing and is well versed in industry standards and techniques. Her strengths include strong analytical and problem solving skills, budgeting and financial analysis, mentoring and leadership ability, proven customer service skills and a vision for owner’s goals and initiatives.

Kimberly currently serves on Colliers International Real Estate Managers Steering Committee for the U.S. and is a market leader for the east coast on the Regional Business Development Team. She also serves on the Colliers International Retail Steering Committee for the U.S and serves as the Colliers International Broker Manager representative for the Tampa Bay market.

In 2009, Kimberly received the Special Recognition Award for excellence in service by a division leader as well as the 2008 Chairman's Award in recognition of her superior performance overall and teaming companywide bestowed by the CEO.

Kimberly has recently been recognized by Real Estate Forum July/Aug 11 issue as one of the 2011 Women of Influence. She is also one of the Finalists in the Tampa Business Journal's 2011 Business Woman of the Year.
