Kim F. Scoggins brings to Colliers International HI, LLC 30 years of experience in leasing and sales of retail and investment properties in the State of Hawaii. Mr. Scoggins has developed statewide knowledge of both the resort real estate market, as well as an integral working knowledge of commercial properties on the Island of Oahu.  Mr. Scoggins has also developed several of his own Commercial Properties in the State of Hawaii from the ground up.

Mr. Scoggins is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Hawaii.  He is also a current or past member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); the Hawaii Retail Merchants Association; the American Management Association; the Better Business Bureau; the Chamber of Commerce; the Hawaii Hotel Association; the Hawaii Visitors Bureau; the National Retail Merchants Association; the Rotary Club of Honolulu; and the Waikiki/Oahu Visitors Association.
