Kimberly Brennan serves as Colliers International’s Chief Operating Officer for the New York Tri-State Region. In this role, she is responsible for overall business operations, including P&L, business development, expanding market share, and providing leadership and strategic direction to the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut offices.

Ms. Brennan is an accomplished, focused brokerage executive with a keen ability to drive business, bring teams together for maximum efficiency, and provide senior, strategic leadership across a sophisticated platform.


Ms. Brennan brings more than 21 years of real estate experience to her role. Prior to joining Colliers, she was the highest-ranking female commercial real estate executive in New Jersey, serving as Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey region, growing that operation over the last decade.

Prior to her role with Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Brennan was the Director of Brokerage Services for CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, and had responsibility for sales management in the Tri-State area.

Ms. Brennan began her career in Market Research at Cushman & Wakefield and later joined Insignia/ESG as a Manager in the firm’s Market Research department before moving into the sales management area.

Ms. Brennan has been featured in Real Estate New Jersey as a "Women of Influence" (2006 - 2009) and as a ''40 Under 40" (2008). NJBiz also named her a "40 Under 40" in 2008 and a "Best Fifty Women in Business" in 2011.

Ms. Brennan earned a degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey.

Affiliations & Memberships

Ms. Brennan has served as Director of Programming and Memberships at CREW. Presently, she is an active member of several key industry organizations including NAIOP, in which she serves on the Board of Trustees. Ms. Brennan is a co-chair of the NAIOP Education Program Committee and serves on the board as Vice President of Associate Affairs. She also serves on the Rutgers Advisory Board.
