As the Colliers Central Region Retail Chair, and a Retail Specialist since 1999, Kevin specializes in retail leasing and investment sales, representing both Owners in central Ohio and throughout the Midwest. Services provided include investment sales, Landlord and Tenant brokerage services, consulting, corporate disposition, and land and site acquisitions.
During his career, Kevin has created value for his clients through raising occupancy rates in existing centers, selecting profitable sites for investment, and forging long-term relationships. Kevin has authored several columns in regional and local industry publications and has completed sales and leasing transactions in excess of 3 million SF representing a total of over $300 million in value.
