As Senior Vice President at Colliers International, Kevin advises Owners and Occupiers of Industrial Real Estate on complex lease and sale negotiations.  Substantial experience in complex leasing assignments, investments sales, land sales, occupier sales, ground-up development, strategic debt consulting allow Kevin to add value to his clients decision making process through thoughtful and thorough market-driven analysis.  Clients include Corporate Occupiers, Owners-Users, REITS, Institutional Investment Funds, Private Investors, and Developers.

In his relatively brief 8 year Real Estate Brokerage career, Kevin has completed over 400 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of $2 Billion. 

Prior to his Real Estate Brokerage career, Kevin was an Institutional Fixed Income Salesman of Structured Products (MBS, CMBS, and Whole Loan CMO's) at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and San Francisco offices. 

Kevin lives in San Francisco with his wife Maggie and daughters Phoebe and Frances.
