Profile

Keith Zeff coordinates research operations across all Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT) offices. Keith developed CTMT’s systems for collecting, storing, and reporting commercial real estate market data for property, tenants, and transactions. He trains new researchers, selects software and resource vendors, and oversees the maintenance of CTMT’s in-house databases.

Keith is active in the American Statistical Association, the American Planning Association, and is an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. In addition, he has served in advisory capacities on various boards and committees such as the United Way Research Committee.

Before joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 1985, Keith had eighteen years experience as a city planner. Nine of those years were spent in the St. Louis County Department of Planning, where he was responsible for estimating and projecting the county’s population, housing supply and employment.

Industry Achievements

Keith has advanced CTMT’s leadership position in documenting and analyzing commercial real estate trends. He has also guided the development of user-friendly software for use by CTMT personnel in searching for properties, prospective tenants, and comparable transactions. He has also developed the graphical user interface used in CTMT’s offices, providing users with access to numerous commercial real estate resources, both in-house and third-party.
