Keith Cubba serves as the National Director of the Colliers Golf Course Advisory Services (GCAS) and he has specialized exclusively in Golf Course sales since 2009. Colliers’ Golf Group is compromised of 21 brokers across 13 states and the Province of Ontario, Canada. Representative clients include: Bank of America, Situs, Textron Financial Corporation, the F.D.I.C., StanCorp Mortgage, Caesars Entertainment, and William Lyon Homes. Keith has been recognized in Golf Inc. as one of the top brokers in the industry.
Recent highlights include recording the two largest golf course sales transactions over 2013, 2014, and closings over the last 3 years, as the lead or sole broker, on 23 courses across 13 states and Canada. Most recently, September 2015, Keith represented The Howard Hughes Corporation in the sale of The Club at Carlton Woods in Texas. The deal will likely be the largest brokered golf transaction of the year.
Keith has won multiple company awards including Platinum achievement and biggest deal of the year.
