AREA OF EXPERTISE

Kathy Perez-Gurri’s primary focus is in office leasing, sales, tenant representation and in asset services. She has been responsible for overseeing leasing for over one million square feet of office space throughout South Florida, including buildings in Downtown Miami, West Dade and Miami Beach. Kathy has represented an impressive roster of corporations throughout the region with 13 years of experience in the negotiation and acquisition of office and retail space.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

In addition to her commercial real estate expertise, Kathy was President and CEO of Imagos Day Spa, which she grew from inception to $1.0 million in revenue in a three-year period. She received her Bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Kentucky University, and also has completed one year toward her MBA in Business Administration from Florida
International University.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Kathy is a very involved committee member for His House Children’s Home, a non-profit Christian organization helping children and families in crisis through residential, foster and adoption services.
