Ms. Hoke’s experience spans tenant and landlord representation throughout San Francisco and New York City. In 1997 Ms. Hoke relocated from New York to San Francisco and joined Vikki Johnson in forming Johnson Hoke Ltd. Ms. Hoke’s contacts and relationships include international luxury brands, national companies, one of a kind local merchants and hot new restaurants. In the past 12 years alone, she has been personally responsible for a significant amount of the retail transactions in Union Square; the Central Business District and SOMA in San Francisco. Ms. Hoke has earned a reputation as an industry leader for retail services which includes site selection, financial modeling, real estate analysis and lease negotiations. Her experience includes representing both institutional and entrepreneurial tenants. By using deep market knowledge and creative problem solving, the Karen Hoke matches tenants and landlords to provide our clients with intelligent direction, optimum value and outstanding strategic, financial results.

Karen Hoke is now the Senior Vice President for RSG.
