Karen Johnson-Crowther began her commercial real estate career in 1987 as a Director with a full-service real estate development company, providing architecture, design, development, construction, finance, landscaping, leasing and property management services across the Southeastern United States. She was solely responsible for properties lease-up and also assisted in the site selection for design build and build to suit users. She later joined Grubb & Ellis|VIP Commercial and went on to become a partner in Colliers Arnold Fort Myers office.
Karen’s portfolio is impressive. She is pleased to have worked with and represented many national, regional and local companies. A partial list includes, Wendy's International, McDonalds Corporation, Ritz Camera, Boaters World, Bealls, Fuddruckers, Regis, Rio Wraps, McAlister’s Deli, Family Dollar, Barnett Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Metropolitan Life, Crocker Realty Trust, LaSalle Advisors, Madison Marquette, Devon Properties, United States Government, State of Florida and various other developers and investors.
