- Poole & Kent - lease of 48,000-square-foot warehouse in southwest Baltimore County
- Swiss North American Properties - disposition of 6.9 acres of land
- H.R. Nicholson - lease of 61,300 square feet of office space in Carroll County
- Coach, USA- acquisition of 10 acres of land
- Triple C Wholesalers- lease of a 47,000-square-foot warehouse in southwest Baltimore

Mr. Orman has achieved an excellent reputation with his peers, as well as with prospects and developers with whom he has worked for achieving good economic terms without creating an adversarial relationship. He has repeatedly been contacted to assist with additional real estate transactions for many of his clients and has been referred by them to others requiring his services. Mr. Orman's civic involvement include Jewish Big Brother League, where he is currently a life member of the Board of Directors, having served as Past President, and is a member of the Board for Jewish Addictions Services. He is an active member of Har Sinai Congregation and a past President and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Orman is active with the Associated Jewish Charities. Mr. Orman was Colliers Pinkard's corporate campaign team leader for the 2001 United Way Campaign.
