I specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout Northern California, with a special expertise in the Bay Area I-80 / I-880 corridor. 

The Colliers presence in the Bay Area is extensive, and my colleagues and I take pride in providing the highest level of market knowledge, analysis, and creative vision to all of our tenant, owner/occupier and investor clients. We broker the most technologically-advanced Class A industrial product, and offer a special expertise in the food-grade processing and distribution sector, in addition to more traditional  warehouse, manufacturing and R & D properties throughout the region.   We regularly collaborate with Colliers colleagues on a regional, national and global level, in an effort to betterserve the broader geographic needs of our clients.

Every client’s operational and logistical needs are unique, so it is important to develop an understanding of each client’s business goals and facility requirements.  I am protective of my clients and place a significant value on their real estate and facility needs, and never feel satisfied until they have been situated in a property that contributes meaningfully to their long-term success.

Prior to joining Colliers International in 2011, I worked in the commercial real estate industry for 12 years in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area..  I started my career in 1999 in Tempe, AZ at Hogan and Associates, specializing in the sale of residential and commercial land to master plan developers, national and local homebuilders and speculative land investors.  In time, my skill set evolved to include representing private lenders and public banking institutions in the valuation and disposition of distressed assets and sub/non-performing notes.  During my time working in commercial real estate in Arizona, my transaction involvement exceeded $750 million.

When not at work, my wife Olya and I spend most of our time at home with our new son Anton.  In my spare time I enjoy golf, skiing, hiking, and anything related to being outdoors.
