Justin is part of the Industrial Division of Colliers International, where he specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the East Bay, including Oakland, Hayward, and Union City.

Justin realizes the importance of fully understanding client’s needs and desires as it relates to the creation and development of long-term relationships. His 12 years of experience as a land broker in the Phoenix Metro Area provides him with an in depth knowledge of the land entitlement and development processes, along with the expertise necessary to consummate successful transactions.

Business & Educational Background
Justin graduated from Arizona State University in 1999 with a B.I.S. degree in Business & Communications.

He began his real estate career at Hogan & Associates, a commercial real estate firm located in Tempe, AZ. There Justin specialized in the sale of residential and commercial land to developers, homebuilders and speculative land investors, and was involved in over $650 million in transactions.

As the Arizona real estate market began to deteriorate in 2007, Justin’s focus evolved to also include servicing the needs of banks and lenders in the disposition of distressed assets and sub/non-performing notes. Over the years his clients have grown to include Richmond American Homes, DR Horton Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes, Meritage Homes, El Dorado Holdings, Miller Holdings, Newport Development, Key Bank, and Prescient/FDIC.
