BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
J.P. is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He attended the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where he earned his International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) with emphasis on finance and real estate investment, as well as proficiency in Spanish. Previous employment experience includes Public Finance Investment Banking Analyst with BB&T and Director of Sales for the sports marketing firm, The Links Golf Group.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
J.P. has achieved recognition as a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence by the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association and has received numerous Colliers International South Carolina outstanding overall production honors, in addition to earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Since joining Colliers International J.P. has brokered $130,000,000+ of income producing property in addition to executing 50+ buyer/tenant representative assignments.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
J.P. serves on the Columbia Development Corporation Board (CDC), an economic development organization focused on real estate related public-private partnerships to foster positive and sustainable development in the City of Columbia. He also serves on the Columbia Museum of Art Finance and Building Grounds Committees. J.P. is active on the Columbia Commercial Real Estate Market Forecast Committee. He is an usher at Trinity Cathedral, a member of the United Way Young Leaders Society, and is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Columbia.
