Josh Hayes joined Colliers in September of 2000. Since 2000, Josh has been an industrial and office expert in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire areas. His areas of specialization include leasing and selling for institutional owners and developers, securing development opportunities, and executing tenant representation transactions.

NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS
Throughout his career Josh has been involved in over 6 million square feet of transactions, holding over $325 million in consideration.

Since 2003, along with partners Thomas Taylor and Steven Bellitti, Josh has sold over 257 acres and presently has an additional 404 acres in escrow to various clients for future development.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Josh represents such clients as Sares Regis Group, Watson Land Company, Panattoni Development Company, Turner Development Company and AEW Capital Management. Most of his success to date can be attributed to his daily contact with property owners/users. Through his successful experience, Josh provides his clients real-time market knowledge with service excellence as a top priority.

Josh graduated in the year 2000 from University of San Diego where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business economics coupled with a minor in Spanish.

Josh also schooled abroad at the Spanish/American Institute of Sevilla in Spain with an emphasis in International Business.
