I am a Denver native and joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in August 2002 and became a Certified General Licensed Appraiser in January  2006. I am the Managing Director of the Denver office which provides valuation and advisory services throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. I regularly appraise most major asset classes including multifamily, office, retail and industrial projects. I am also familiar with valuation of subdivisions, agricultural land, hotels, religious facilities and gas stations. Since beginning my career, I has also developed specialty practices in self-storage
and mobile home park developments.
