Experience Jon Owens specializes in Corporate Advisory Services, landlord/tenant representation, and investment sales. Since joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), Jon has been named Commercial Associate of the Year (1994), Leading Producer in Office Sales and Leasing (2004 and 2002), Life Member in the company’s Presidents Club, and a Life Member of the George C. Charbonneau Leadership and Performance Award.
Prior to joining CTMT in 1987, Jon served as Manager of Membership Development for the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.

• Irwin Union Bank in their downtown Indianapolis office requirements
• The law firm of Dann Pecar Newman & Kleiman in their expansion and lease extension in the AUL Tower
• Locke Reynolds, LLP in the negotiation of their lease extension at Capital Center
Major Listings - Landlord Representation • HDG Mansur Investment Services in the leasing of Market Tower, a 495,380 SF class A office tower in downtown Indianapolis
• The State of Michigan in the leasing and disposition of 251 East Ohio Street, a 206,000 square foot, 11 story downtown office building
• Exclusively represents Opus North Corporation in the marketing of Opus Landmark at Meridian, a 24 acre office development in Carmel, IN
Major Sale Transactions • Bindley-Western Industries in the sale/leaseback of College Park Plaza, their 184,600 SF Corporate Headquarters office building located at 8909 Purdue Road
