As a Corporate Services Specialist with a focus on Office Leasing and Sales, Mr. Schulze provides transaction management, facility management and construction services to various existing clients. He has developed expertise in managing leasing transactions not only in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, but throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Schulze also represents tenants and owners throughout the downtown Baltimore area.
Since joining Colliers Pinkard in 2000, Mr. Schulze has been involved in more than 520 lease transactions for numerous clients including Aerotek, Inc., Teksystems, Inc., Legg Mason, XLHealth and Monumental Life Insurance. These transactions have exposed Mr. Schulze to the project leasing of more than 200 buildings spanning most major metropolitan markets throughout the United States and Canada.
