In 2006, John B. Richardson joined Colliers International as Senior Vice President in the Office Services Group. Beginning his career in Houston’s real estate market in 1985, a time considered by many as a depression in the real estate market, John gained experience through hard work and exceptional personal service. In 1987 John was hired by a local developer to begin a concerted marketing effort in hopes of growing that company. At John’s departure, that company was the fifth largest real estate firm in Houston.

John started Office Space Advisors, LLC in 1996 with the sole purpose of providing companies with the best service available on their office requirements. Understanding every requirement is different, John’s creative approach to problem solving serves his clients well. Tenacity and persistence are additional traits John's clients benefit from. John’s honest and ethical treatment of all is clearly evidenced in his dealings.
