John S. Parsley joined Colliers International as Vice President in September 1999 after spending nearly three years with the Grubb & Ellis Company. While at Grubb & Ellis, as Associate and Vice President, John earned the prestigious Top 10 award in 1998 (# 9 producer) and prior to joining Colliers was the # 7 producer YTD in 1999. In his first year in the business, he was a Top 20 (# 19 producer) broker.
Specializing in investments and tenant representation, including acquisitions and sale of land and office properties, John was involved in the sales and leases of over one million square feet, during his career. His philosophy is to provide a high level of service to the client, which means being involved in all phases including negotiations, creative, analytical and market research while keeping the client fully informed through the entire transaction.
Prior to embarking in the real estate industry, John was a Sales Manager and Marketing Representative for eleven years with the General Electric Company and Armstrong World Industries.
