Experience
John Dunphy has specialized in the sale and leasing of user and investment property since 1988. In this time, he has sold and/or leased over 6,550,000 square feet of space representing over $600 million dollars in transactions. Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, John worked with CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area.

John has received the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate institute. Achieving this designation requires 240 hours of graduate-level study. In addition, each designee must also meed a dollar volume quote in the tens of millions.
John has also been designated a "Specialist, Industrial and Officer Real Estate" from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. To achieve the SIOR designation, John completed over five year's creditable experience in the specialized field of industrial real estate and demonstrated to the Socitey professional ability, compenency and ethical conduct.

Services John has provided to his clients include sales, leasing, sale-leasebacks, site selection and negotiation, land and investment sales, fee consulting as well as tenant representation.
John has been a Top Producer at Colliers Arnold every year for the past ten years. He is consistently one of the top three (3) overall producers within the company, and one of the Top Three producers in either Office or Industrial Product Type at any company within the greater Tampa Bay Area. Recently, John completed the transaction for the Pinellas County Epicenter, a joint business development project between Pinellas County and St. Petersburg College. The expertise required for this transaction earned John the FGCAR Industrial Deal of the Year award. In 2003, John also received the Industrial Deal of the Year award for the sale of Honeywell’s 120,000 SF facility in Clearwater.
