Joan has been with Colliers International for 17 years. She has over 20 years experience working with commercial real estate brokers. She provides a high level of marketing support, creating marketing materials and websites, working with contact and research databases, doing research, setting up space tours, preparing owners' reports, and coordinating all aspects of the process involved in leasing and selling office and industrial properties. She provides support to two industrial brokers, an office broker and one that specializes in both office and industrial properties.

She also serves as the MCA Coordinator for the company, keeping track of both originating and receiving Multi-City Assignments.
