While there, he completed several major transactions, ranging from the purchase of a 35-acre industrial complex comprised of 6 buildings, to the sale of a corporate jet hangar. With his transition to Colliers, he has been able to provide his clients with a wealth of resources, including the ability to offer corporate clients real estate solutions not only locally but on a national and global basis.In his personal time, Jim is an active Triathlete, racing in several Olympic-length races each year. He also participates with Habitat for Humanity. Pennsylvania and New Jersey Licensure for real estate practices.
