Jim Roberts is a broker associate with Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services in Tampa and President of Roberts & Associates Southeast Inc, a commercial real estate services company he founded in 1979. He specializes in tenant representation and site selection throughout Florida. He has represented various retail chain stores in strategic planning and site selection and leasing in several other states. Much of his site selection activity has involved the purchase of property for long term appreciation and for development of large scale mixed use projects, regional centers, and community and neighborhood shopping centers. He began his career in real estate as an officer in a Florida based company with retail gasoline stations and convenience stores in Florida

Education
A graduate of the Florida State University School of Business, Mr. Roberts also served as a U.S. Army Infantry Company Commander in Vietnam.

He is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute as well as various civic and social organizations.
