Working on a tenant’s behalf, Jim conducted a highly confidential space search and located multiple buildings that suited the needs of his client. Rather than simply cut a market deal with the landlord, Jim identified an existing tenant in the same building who was eager to sublease and negotiated a sublease for his client at extremely favorable terms, saving the client over 50% on their expected rental costs.

Jim recently helped a buyer secure a property for personal use. The property required zoning changes, so Jim met with the governmental authorities on the buyer’s behalf. Using his full-service real estate skills, Jim was able to help the buyer not only purchase but also finance, design, and renovate the property.
