Jessica joined the Colliers Arnold Orlando office in April 2007. She has spent most of her time marketing retail, office and land properties. In addition she has also done a lot of tenant representation work with both national and regional clients expanding throughout Central and South Florida. Through Jessica’s marketing experience with sales and leasing property she has expanded her skill set which allows her to supply her brokers with a high level of marketing support from coordination of marketing programs to the individual needs of each project to achieve maximum productivity, communication and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities Jessica has includes preparing business proposals for potential clients, tenant representation packages, flyers, monthly e-mail blasts, property websites and other miscellaneous marketing materials such as online property postings maintaining and property signage. She also gathers property information which includes pulling demographics, tax records and creating basic maps or aerials.
