Mr. Oram has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Banking, advising on office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and development assets across the United States. His team is specifically focused on sales, recapitalizations, and financing for clients based in the metropolitan New York region.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Oram was a Director at Marcus & Millichap where he was New Jersey’s top producer in 2010. Before Marcus, Mr. Oram was a senior member of CB Richard Ellis’ top producing Investment Sales Team, closing in excess of $8 billion in
sales from 2004 through 2009.
Mr. Oram currently serves on the New Jersey State Investment Council, overseeing investment of the State’s $73 billion commingled public pension fund. In 2009 he served on Governor Chris Christie’s Transition Subcommittee in the Department of the Treasury.
Mr. Oram earned his A.B. degree in Biology from Princeton University as a member of the class of 1989.
