Jeff began his real estate career in 1974 specializing in industrial/ retail/investment sales, leasing and development. He has been President of Larry Stein Realty and The Levine Realty Company. A life-long resident of the Greater Dayton area, he has been able to utilize his extensive market knowledge and relationships to meet the varied needs of his clients.
Jeff is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and Florida, is a licensed securities broker, a former president of the Ohio Chapter of SIOR, and a past member of SIOR’s National Board of Directors. He has served as an officer or director of numerous private and publicly traded real estate entities and several financial institutions. In addition, he has been actively involved in many not-for-profit economic development organizations.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University and his Juris Doctor degree from The Capital Law University. Jeff also completes numerous hours of coursework specializing in legal education and real estate education.
