Upon graduation from the University of Southern California in 1984, Mr. Douglas went to work as a real estate broker for CB Commercial in the San Francisco Bay Area.  In 1991, he left CB to work for 7 years in a family-owned farming operation in Taft, California.  In mid-1997, he took advantage of the opportunity to join Colliers Tingey International and has been a top performer with CTI every year since.
