BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BCKGROUND

Prior to joining Colliers, Jay worked for Gubb & Ellis, First Commercial and had his own company, Commercial Real Estate
Corporation, based in Miami. Jay also owned and operated an art gallery for 14 years in Coral Gables. The gallery featured the art of Marcie Ziv, Jay’s wife, whose work is known both locally and internationally. Jay attended the University of Miami majoring in Business Administration.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Jay is currently a member of The Rotary Club of Miami, the oldest and second largest club in the state of Florida. He has played a major role in frequent contrtibutions of his wife’s art to numerous charities including the Miami Children’s Museum, Parrot Jungle, the Zoological Society of Florida and the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
