Jay Kyle joined Colliers International in 2003. Prior to joining Colliers, he was with the Office Services Group at Grubb & Ellis’ Houston office. Jay is experienced in direct marketing, finance, investments and transaction negotiation and consistently brings measurable value to his clients. Jay has had extensive experience in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry - from direct tenant representation to the negotiation of sophisticated investment opportunities on behalf of top tier portfolio managers.
