Jason joined Colliers Arnold in May of 2000. Starting in the research department he joined the Multi–Family Investment Team in September 2000. Jason works directly with John W. Stone, CCIM, and the Multi-Family Investment Team. Since 2001, Jason has been involved in over $363,000,000 worth of transactions.

Achievements
Since joining the Multi-Family Team he has been involved in more than $363,000,000 worth of transactions containing more than 6,000 units. Jason contributes in the writing and publication of “Apartment Highlights” newsletter for both large (100 units and greater) and smaller (10 to 99 units) apartment properties. While at Florida State University Jason had internships in the field of Real Estate, which helped him gain knowledge and experience in the field. He worked for the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection- Bureau of Land Acquisition. At the DEP he assisted land acquisition agents in their efforts to acquire parcels of land. Jason also served an internship with GMH Properties as a marketing assistant, helping their efforts to market their properties. |
