Jason Pitsenberger is a member of the Investment Services Division, specifically assigned to the Private Equity Group. Jason has been an Associate with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker for six years and primarily in office sales and leasing. Jason has over six years experience working with private equity investors placing investment equity into the real estate market and handling dispositions for private individual investors.
Jason has closed over 60 transactions over the last three years and has represented corporate clients such as GasMart USA, the Nicholson Group, Humana, and CW Capital Asset Management. Jason has handled the disposition of over 500,000 square feet of office space for private individual investors. Jason’s market knowledge and disciplined approach to marketing investor properties is a comprehensive approach to meeting your real estate investment needs.
Previously, Jason worked as the Assistant Director of the Lenexa Economic Development Council for three years, working closely with dozens of companies to obtain state and local tax incentives to locate office and tenant representation teams on zoning and planning, building code issues and state and local economic incentives. While in Lenexa, Jason worked with such clients as Aerial Communications, Alliance Data Systems, and LabOne.
