Jason Lund, MAI, MRICS is the Regional Managing Director for the Southwest Region for Colliers International  Valuation & Advisory Services with over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Lund has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, reviews, and litigation support for financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, attorneys, city and county governments and state agencies. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, business parks, multi-family residential, mixed use projects, proposed developments, hotels and motels, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, restaurants, land, churches, religious facilities, schools, and other special purpose properties.
